Obituary of Terri Ann Farman
Terri Ann (Gofus) Farman, 61, of North Coventry Twp., PA, passed away on February 12, 2021, with her loving family by her side. She was the wife of Lawrence Farman, with whom she shared 40 years of marriage.
Born in Pottstown, PA, on December 13, 1959, Terri was the daughter of Lena “Terry” (Catanzaro) Gofus and the late John S. Gofus Sr.
Terri was a graduate of Pottstown High School, class of 1977, where she participated in twirling and cheerleading.
After high school, she spent several years working at Levitz Furniture in Pottstown, and most recently Kulp Car Rentals in Gilbertsville.
Terri was a willing servant to the Lord. She was a dedicated member of Coventry Church of the Brethren, where she organized a women’s prayer breakfast with her best friends. She also supported several other local ministries, including the following: The Pottstown Cluster, The Make a Change Foundation, and The Ministries at Main Street. Terri shared her positivity, love, and compassion by trying to feed every person she could reach.
In addition to her husband, Terri is lovingly remembered by her sons, Joshua Farman, husband of Molly, Aaron John Farman, husband of Morgan, and Derek Farman, husband of Mindy; her grandchildren, Caroline, Lucas, Gabrielle, Marshall, Hudson, and twins on the way; her brothers, Robert Gofus, husband of Jackie, and Russell Gofus, husband of Amber; her sister-in-law, Terri Sue Gofus; and many other friends and family who will miss Terri deeply.
In addition to her father, she is predeceased by her brother, John S. Gofus Jr.
A celebration of life for both Larry and Terri will be held May 1, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Sunny High Farm, 1655 S. Hanover St., Pottstown, PA 19465. Larry and Terri's sons and their families have also invited everyone to stay after for a reception and celebration of life.
