Obituary of Scott A. Lawhorne
Scott Allen Lawhorne, 49, of Lower Pottsgrove Twp., PA, passed away on February 14, 2021, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Born in Pottstown, PA, on July 5, 1971, Scott was the son of the late Raymond and Fay (Lawhorn) Lawhorne.
Scott graduated from Pottsgrove High School in 1989. He worked as an automation engineer for most of his life, and ended his career at Avery Dennison. He had a passion for all types of music, but especially liked to sing karaoke and play his acoustic guitar. He also enjoyed working on his laptop and researching Bigfoot and UFO’s. Although Scott’s career and hobbies were important to him, his greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his friends and family, and especially Sunday night dinners with his family. The next time you think of Scott, run to Wawa, and have a coffee in his memory!
He is lovingly remembered by his fiancée of sixteen years, Amanda Kramer; his niece, Mindy Wilson, wife of Jim; his great-nephews, Shawn and Greg; his brother-in-law, Frank McGlocklin; and his dogs, Bodhi and Spencer.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brother, Raymond Lawhorne Jr.; and his sister, Alice McGlocklin.
