Anthony Paul Acree Sr.

Anthony “Boop” Paul Acree Sr., 45, passed away on May 25, 2021, at his home in Collegeville, PA. Born in Pottstown, PA, on April 13, 1976, Anthony was the son of Shirley Ann (Willman) Harple and Tony Andrew Acree.

Tony was in construction for most of his life, and worked at various companies over the years. He loved to be outside regardless of the activity; he enjoyed deer hunting, trout fishing, and especially playing quoits/horseshoes with Dynele. His greatest passion in life was spending time with his family and all of his pets.

In addition to his parents, Tony is lovingly remembered by his wife, Dynele Crowder; his son, Anthony Paul Acree Jr.; his siblings, Nickolas (& Terace Livingston) Acree, Jill Jetter, Kevin Harple, and April Watt; his stepfather, Robert Harple; his paternal grandparents, Andrew and Shirley Acree Jr.; and many other friends and family who will miss Tony deeply.

Tony is predeceased by his siblings, Tanya Marie and Neil David; and his maternal grandparents, William and Annie Willman.

A viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 955 N. Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464. A Life Celebration will follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment will take place after the service at Highland Memorial Park, 701 Farmington Ave., Pottstown, PA 19464.
