Myrtle M. (Baus) Lisko, 95, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2020, at Manatawny Manor. She was the wife of the late Andrew Lisko, who passed in 1996.
Born in Perkiomenville, PA, on March 17, 1925, Myrtle was the daughter of the late Morris and Nora (Reinert) Baus.
Myrtle cherished gardening, camping, boating, crabbing on the Chester River, MD, and was an active member of the Falkner Swamp United Church of Christ. Myrtle’s most prominent talent was being a seamstress; she loved all her customers and took great pride in her work. The countless weddings, proms, twirling costumes, draperies, and custom designs were unlimited. Her friendship and exceptional talent will be missed by many.
She is survived by her son, Glenn Fitzcharles, husband of Joanne; Pottstown, PA; her daughter, Ruth M. Rogers, wife of the late Will E. Rogers, Bechtelsville, PA; her step-son, Joseph Lisko, husband of Linda, Bechtelsville, PA; and her loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition, she is predeceased by her son, Paul Fitzcharles; and her brothers and sisters.
