Kyle Anthony Jurkiewicz, 26, of Pottstown, PA, passed away in Laurel, MD, on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, curiously at the exact moment a violent storm brought down a seventy-year-old maple tree onto his family home. Knowing Kyle, he was likely involved.
Kyle was born on November 20, 1993, in Philadelphia, PA, and was the favorite son of Cliff Jurkiewicz and estranged from his birth mother – who doesn’t deserve to be mentioned by name.
There are not enough words to describe who Kyle was or what he meant to his family and this chaotic world.
In addition to his dad, Kyle is survived by his sister Jenna whom he admired and adored, his brothers Phoenix and Sagan who always melted his heart, his stepmom/big sister Gina who shared his world view and a whole bunch of family and friends that are going to tell his story forever – because he did some crazy s**t. They all know who they are and listing them here is too much typing.
Services will be public and held on Saturday, June 27, 2020, at Christ Episcopal Church, 316 E High St., Pottstown, PA 19464, gathering at 9:30am with storytelling starting around 11:00am – we’ll probably run late, ‘cause you know, it’s Kyle.
Houck & Gofus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc., 955 N Charlotte St., Pottstown, PA 19464, will be handling the arrangements. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.houckgofusfuneralhome.com.
